Lindsey Richardson helped me through one of the most difficult times in my life. Buying my first home. After looking four consecutive Saturdays I found the home of my dreams. I knew it was a short sale but proceeded anyway. We went through the standard negotiations and inspections and reached a deal fairly quickly. Lindsey was fantastic throughout the entire process. I’m usually suspicious of the realtor cards that come in the mail but due to the limited timeline, I chose to contact Lindsey. From the first time we met, she seemed organized, efficient, and understood our limitations. She was the only person who could get polite and efficient responses from the property manager. That alone is a testament to her professional demeanor. She was super responsive, even when she went on vacation. I felt important & like she had our best interests at heart. What made it even better is her interactions with the other sellers and myself. She didn’t take the sale to mean the end of her job. She sent gifts, one of which was a beautiful coffee table book of what had been my home for years, that showed she really got to know me and what I loved about my old home. On a professional front, by following her advice, the property was sold in less than a week. I wish she worked where I live now.

My boyfriend and I used Lindsey to find an apartment to buy together in the South Loop. Being first time home buyers – I was nervous about the entire process but Lindsey was there every step of the way. After seeing a few apartments it was clear that she had listened to what we said we liked and disliked at each location as she pointed out some other buildings that she though would suit out needs/wants. We fell in love with an apartment and put an offer down but unfortunately the seller accepted a different offer – she maintained a relationship for us with the sellers agent in case anything changed. That seller backed out and Lindsey contacted us immediately so that we could reinstate our offer and get the apartment that we loved. As first time home buyers there were multiple steps along the way where we needed guidance and Lindsey always responded quickly with honest advice.
